These terms are an agreement between you and Oleksii Maksymov, FOP (sole proprietor), Odesa, Ukraine ("we") about the Point & Purr game and website. By playing you accept them. If you are under the age of majority where you live, please read them with a parent, who accepts them for you.

1. The game

Point & Purr is free to play. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the game on devices you own or control, for non-commercial entertainment. The app stores' own terms (Apple Media Services Terms, Google Play Terms of Service) also apply; for iOS, the standard Apple licensed-application terms apply where these terms don't say otherwise.

2. Purchases and virtual items

• Optional purchases are sold through Apple or Google: one-time items (such as Remove Ads and the Cozy Pack) and treat packs, which add a fixed, stated number of in-game treats and are used up when spent. Their payment and refund policies apply.
• Treats, hats, collars, coats, décor and other virtual items have no cash value, can't be exchanged for money or transferred outside the game, and are a licence to use content in the game.
• Nothing bought with real money has a random outcome; Lucky Boxes are free and can't be bought. Purchases can be restored in Settings → Purchases → Restore purchases with the same store account.
• Rewards for watching optional videos (a hint, an extra collar) are granted right after the video.
• If you live in the EU or UK: a purchase is delivered immediately, so by buying you ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery starts. Your statutory rights for faulty content are not affected.

3. Fair play

Don't interfere with the service, our server or the ads, don't use modified versions of the game, and don't submit scores you didn't play. We may remove scores that look manipulated and keep your link codes private: anyone with a valid code gets your progress on their device.

4. Availability and changes

Story levels play offline. Your progress is saved on your device and backed up on our server while the game exists; leaderboards and the backup need a connection. We may update, change or stop features, with reasonable notice for anything you paid for.

5. Content

All game content (art, music, sounds, code, levels, names, stories) belongs to us or our licensors. Please don't point real lasers into anyone's eyes, cats included.

6. Liability

The game is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country, or liability that can't be limited by law.

7. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without affecting mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Please contact us first — most problems are solved quickly: hello@pointandpurr.app.
